01. How do I choose my design?

Every family has different requirements, lifestyles and budgets. After initial consultations out experienced staff will work with you to develop a floor plan that will meet your requirements and suit your land. Whether it is one of our standard plans or a plan developed using your own concepts and ideas, we will guide you through this process to develop your dream home.

02. How much will it cost?

The cost of each house depends on a number of factors such as your land and individual requirements. We offer a fully completed price that allows your to move into a finished home. We will only issue a building contract when we know everything about your build. By doing this you have peace of mind that there will be no nasty builder variations at handover.

03. What is included?

We provide a house that is fully finished, ready to move into. Things such as site costs through to light fittings are included as standard. Contact our office for a copy of our inclusions list.

04. Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. The first time we request payment is when the concrete slab is poured. Our progress payment schedule is nominated with the building contract.

05. How long will it take to build my house?

Once Council approvals have been received we will start as soon as practically possible on your new home. Generally we sign an 18 week build contract, but in most cases the time from when your slab is poured to practical completion is 12–14 weeks.

06. What warranty do you offer?

In addition to our regulatory requirements to obtain Home Builders Compensation Fund insurance on your behalf, we support the quality of our construction by offering extended defects warrant period in accordance with the building contract.
