01. Floor Plan Design
Congratulations on your decision to build a new home! The first step is to design your home to your requirements, needs and budget. You can either choose a floor plan from our existing range, or create a custom design using your ideas and concepts. Our experienced draftsperson will ensure your layout is both beautiful and practical.
02. Preliminary Pricing
Once your plan has been designed, our team will present you with a preliminary costing and tender. This will be based upon our Lifestyle Plus+ range of inclusions. Integrity is vital to the way we do business, so you can rely on us to be upfront about project costings, providing uncompromising quality at a great price.
03. Selections Tour
This is an exciting opportunity to create a home that is just as unique as you are. You’ll select items such as bricks, floor coverings, colour schemes, kitchen layout, bathroom vanities, appliances, tapware and more. Once you’ve completed the tour, we’ll present you with a ‘Fixed Price’ tender.
04. Contract + Plan Finalisation
Your plan is the next item to be finalised. This involves surveys, soil tests and slab design. This is the stage when we prepare a building contract to be signed by both parties.
05. Council Approval
Once the plans are finalised we submit to the local council and/or private certifier to get development and construction approvals. This process may take approximately 4-6 weeks.
Once approval is received, the construction starts. Brett Harvey Designs create a schedule, order the materials and prepare your site. Our innovative approach allows us to complete your home within approximately 18 weeks. The last step is to move in and enjoy!
